To the students, parents, and family members of the Milton-Union Graduating Class of 2020:

We are almost there!  We have traveled a long and unpredictable road to finally have an opportunity to celebrate members of the Class of 2020 in person!  Although still not exactly a traditional commencement, our graduates will have an opportunity to see each other receive diplomas, wear their caps and gowns, and participate in the ceremonial walk.  After so much unpredictability, we are excited about what should be a great event!

As a reminder, graduation practice will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 beginning at 10:00am at Memorial Stadium.  Unless otherwise arranged with Mrs. Mumau, graduates must attend practice to participate in the Memorial Stadium ceremony on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 6:00pm.  Although the forecast is favorable for Friday evening, the weather can be unpredictable.  Just in case, please use the following rain dates in your planning.

Graduation Practice (rain date):  Friday, June 26, 2020 at 10:00am (Memorial Stadium)

Commencement (rain date one):  Saturday, June 27, 2020 beginning at 6:00pm

Commencement (rain date two):  Sunday, June 28, 2020 beginning at 2:00pm

As an additional reminder, each graduate may have a maximum of four guests attend.  Graduates will be provided with family members’ assigned seats and paper tickets at graduation practice, and each graduate will escort his/her family members to their seats upon arrival on the evening of June 26, 2020.

Only cars that carry a graduate may park in the stadium parking lot. This is to ease the transition between graduation and the parade that immediately follows.  All cars in the parking lot will participate in the parade.

All other guests should park on surrounding streets near the tennis courts or close to the stadium locker room facilities. The main gate will open at 5:00pm, and someone will be verifying the number of guests per graduate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have worked cooperatively with Miami County Public Health in helping to make this event happen.  Although not an all-inclusive list, please follow the link for additional guidelines and other helpful pieces of information regarding the ceremony.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a fantastic evening celebrating the Class of 2020!
