Weekly Update

Next week our Third Grade students will be taking the State of Ohio Third Grade Reading Test.  Whole grade testing dates will be on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Parents of third graders, please make sure your child is on time to school on those days as we will be starting the testing right after morning announcements.

As part of our Schoolwide Positive Behavior Program at the Elementary, Kona Ice is allowing us to award free Kona Ice to 60 of our students each month.  These students have been chosen for being excellent citizens in their classroom.  Then from those 60, 1 from each grade level will be chosen as the Kona Ice Star Student of the month and will have their photo and name posted on the wall in the hallway.  The Star Students’ names will be announced on morning announcements on Tuesday.

Any student who would like to purchase a treat from Kona Ice may do so on Wednesday next week.  A flyer went home last week with information.
