The following documents are required for enrollment and can be uploaded during online registration:
student's birth certificate
current proof of residency (mortgage/tax statement, lease, utility bill)
parent/guardian photo ID
a complete, court stamped copy of any applicable custody documents
Kindergarten only: Kindergarten Medical Form & Immunizations - must be submitted by 08/09/2024
