On Monday, November 10, 2025, Milton-Union Schools experienced an issue with its mass messaging service. Phone and text notifications were scheduled to send at 5:29 a.m. to all K–12 and preschool parent and student contacts announcing a two-hour delay. However, due to a syncing issue with our student information system, the message did not deliver as intended. The Technology Department identified a temporary workaround and successfully sent the message at 7:21 a.m.
Yesterday, the issue was investigated and corrected. As of Tuesday morning, synchronization was fully restored and functioning without indication of continued problems.
