DriveSmart is a Class D, student driver education program facilitated by the Montgomery County Educational Service Center. Students are offered comprehensive instruction, safety courses, and behind-the-wheel training. The purpose of the program is to reduce any barriers students may face in completing requirements to obtain a driver’s license. Through the DriveSmart program, students improve their workforce readiness and advance immediate job and long-term career opportunities by acquiring their driver’s licenses.
