The Milton-Union Exempted Village School District is requesting quotes for food service consulting services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with federal small purchase procedures.
Scope of Services & Requirements
Service Type: Foodservice compliance consulting
Scope of Work Includes:
Menu planning and nutritional analysis
Administrative Review preparation and compliance support
Procurement guidance and oversight
Financial reporting support (profit and loss, cost analysis)
On-site visits and technical assistance
Service Frequency: As needed
Deliverables: Written reports, necessary documentation, training support, etc.
Experience Requirements: Demonstrated experience with USDA Child Nutrition and Administrative Review processes
Pricing: Please include all fees (flat rate, hourly, annual) in addition to any additional costs.
Contract Term: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029
Buy American Provision (7 CFR 210.21(d))
While this solicitation is for consulting services, any recommendations involving the procurement of food or agricultural products must comply with the Buy American provision, requiring domestic products unless an allowable exception is documented.
