Mental Wellness Graphic

Attention parents and families of students in grades nine through twelve:

Parents and families of high school students can participate in free, confidential, and voluntary Mental Health and Wellness screenings both one-on-one and in group settings.  Students will be included in the screening process unless parents, guardians, or caregivers elect to individually opt students out of this service. This round of screenings is for high school students only.

If screening results suggest a student could benefit from additional services, Samaritan Behavioral Health Therapists will follow-up with parents and caregivers individually.  Please note 2022-23 will be the fourth consecutive school year these services have been offered to students and families.

If you DO NOT want your high school student to participate, follow the link for the opt-out form. Below is the URL.
