• Only students with money for purchasing will be allowed to enter the book fair.
• Students will have the opportunity to purchase during their regular, weekly library time.
• Limited numbers of people will be allowed in the book fair at a time to properly distance. Those
• waiting in line will have to distance also.
• Hand sanitizer will be available upon entrance to and exit from the Fair.
As always, we will have an ONLINE BOOK FAIR featuring 1000s of titles that benefits our library! This is the link to the Online Book Fair: https://tinyurl.com/MUES-Bookfair
Families can purchase from 1,000s of titles ONLINE. Use the MILTON-UNION ELEMENTARY or MILTON-UNION MIDDLE SCHOOL online book fair link to make sure our BULLDOGS benefit from your purchase.

Good Morning 3rd Grade remote PLP Families this is Principal Henderson. Next week, October 19-23, is the ELA test for the State of Ohio. Your student will need to come in and complete the assessment in person. Appointments will be scheduled after school hours. Someone from our office will be contacting you to set up a time. There are 2 segments to the test. Most students can finish both segments in a 1.5-2 hour session with breaks, but some students will need additional time to complete them. The state does allow for two 90-minute sessions to complete the test. We will set one appointment for your child on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and if they need additional time I will communicate that with you when you pick them up we can set a time for Thursday or Friday to complete. (When they come for the test, please send a snack and water bottle with them). Thank you.
Schools PLP students' (remote learners') picture day is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 4:30-7:00pm in the Media Center. Expressions Studios can also take PLP students' photos in their studio by appointments only. Please contact them if you need to set one up.
Register A Child TODAY! Please SHARE!
Each month, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library mails a high quality, age appropriate book to all registered children (0-5 years of age), addressed to them, at no cost to the child’s family. Countless parents have shared how excited their child is when their new book arrives each month. Many groups and individuals work hard behind the scenes to make that special moment possible for each child.

Good Evening Bulldog Families a few announcements regarding the start of school: We are looking forward to seeing all of our in-person learners tomorrow! Just a few reminders… Drop off for students begins at 8:40 this year. In order to maintain social distancing in front of the building, please keep your child in the car until our staff are outside to begin letting students in the building. Remind your child to charge their device tonight and bring it and the charging cord with them to school tomorrow. Students are to bring their own water bottle each day labeled with their name on it and they will be sent home each evening for cleaning. If you are dropping off or picking your child up at the end of the day, please review the drop off and pick up maps and when picking up your child in the afternoon make sure you display the car tag(s) on the right side of your dashboard. Please be patient with car and bus transportation the first week as there may be delays. Have a great evening.
Hello Bulldog Families. I am Principal Henderson and I would like to welcome you to the start of the 2020-2021 school year. Though we can’t be together this year for open house, our teachers have recorded videos so you could get to know a little about them, see the classroom and feel comfortable coming to school. Those videos are now available for viewing on the Milton-Union Elementary website and the link will be located in the banner of that page. Make sure you choose the Elementary School, they are not located on any other page. This is going to be a great year and all of us are looking forward to seeing our students. We have missed them so much. If your child is unsure how to find their classroom, no worries, we will have plenty of people on hand during the first couple of weeks to help your child find their teacher’s classroom. Thank you for trusting us to educate and care for your children. Please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to set up a phone call or virtual meeting to discuss anything. Have a great year!
