🌳✨5th grade students explored the powerful story "This Very Tree," learning about the Survivor Tree from 9/11. Together, they created their own Hope Trees—reminders that even in the face of tragedy, we can grow stronger through hope, resilience, and new beginnings. ❤️

Mrs. Lane’s 5th graders kicked off the year with All About Me STEAM sculptures! 🎨🛠️ Each sculpture reflected their unique qualities, and students proudly shared their creations with classmates. One student summed it up perfectly: “Our sculptures show our differences, but they’re all connected.” 💡#EveryBulldogBelongs #BulldogPride #LearninginAction

He discovered his passion for teaching at just 15 years old while working as a swim instructor, and he’s been hooked ever since. Today, he continues to coach swim and soccer at the YMCA, and he still loves seeing kids grow and build confidence. 🏊♂️⚽
Mr. Grone is a big fan of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and if his teaching style had a theme song, it would be Hall of Fame by The Script—encouraging students to dream big and believe in their potential. 🌟
If he could have any classroom superpower, it’d be time travel—so he could take his students on field trips to historical moments as they learn about them. (Yes, please!) And if stranded on a desert island? He’d want a notebook—perfect for tracking thoughts, sketching maps, or planning a rescue. 📝⏳
His advice to our Awesome DOGS: “It’s OK to make mistakes—that’s where the real learning happens.” 💬
Mr. Grone is the oldest of three siblings, comes from a family of educators, played college soccer, and can even skateboard!
We’re excited to have you on the team—welcome to the pack, Mr. Grone! 🐾🎉

Mrs. Fraley holds degrees from California State University Sacramento and Dominican University. Her favorite part of teaching is building strong relationships with her students—and making sure they know she’ll always have their back. 💛
Outside the classroom, she and her husband, Jim (married for 38 years!), are learning to raise chickens and run a small farm. 🐔 She also enjoys cross stitching and has lived in over 25 cities, including time abroad in Italy!🌎
If she could have any classroom superpower, it would be the ability to see everything going on behind her—a truly useful skill for any teacher! Her go-to school supply on a deserted island? A solid pair of scissors. ✂️
Her advice to our Awesome DOGS: "Remember that no one can make you feel inferior without your consent." 🧠💬
And an extra exciting fun fact—she’s about to become a first-time Grammy this September! 💕👶
We’re thrilled to have you on the team, Mrs. Fraley! Welcome to the pack! 🐾🎉

Mrs. Martin is a Wright State University graduate and is beginning her very first year of teaching! She was inspired to become a teacher to make a positive impact on young lives and believes that every student has the potential to become a world changer. 🌍💫
At home, she stays busy with her husband Jordan (her best friend!), their two children Mia and Liam, and their loyal German Shepherd, Bailey. 🐶💕
If her teaching style had a theme song, it would be the Friends theme—because she’s always ready to be there for her students, through every step of their learning journey. 💛🎶
Mrs. Martin sees herself in both Miss Frizzle and Miss Honey—bringing curiosity, warmth, and encouragement into her classroom. If she could have a classroom superpower, it would be the ability to instantly understand how each student learns best so every child feels confident and successful every day.
Her advice to our Awesome DOGS: “Always try your best, be kind to others, and never be afraid to make mistakes—that’s how we learn and grow!” 📖✏️
Fun fact: She knows sign language! 👋🏼
We’re so excited to welcome you to the Bulldog family, Mrs. Martin! 🐾❤️

Mr. Mullins is a Wittenberg University grad who is starting his second year of teaching. His favorite part of being a teacher is encouraging students to grow into their unique selves and helping them discover what they love. 💡
Outside of the classroom, Mr. Mullins enjoys gardening with his dogs, hiking new trails, and stargazing—he’s a big fan of constellations! 🌌🐶🐾Mr. Mullins and his fiancé, Cami, stay busy with their fun and furry crew: two dogs, Loki and Louie, and two rabbits, Lola and Lawrence. 🐕🐇
Inspired by Dead Poets Society, Mr. Mullins aims to bring curiosity, creativity, and passion to the classroom. His desert-island school supply? A solid pair of scissors (with tape as a close runner-up ✂️)!
His advice to our Awesome DOGS: “Don’t ever be afraid to ask questions. You can never learn if you don’t provide yourself with the opportunity to grow.” 📚
We’re thrilled to have you on the team, Mr. Mullins—welcome to the pack! 🐾🎉

Mrs. James is a Wright State grad who’s excited to begin her first year in education—and we’re thrilled to have her! She became a teacher to make a positive impact in students' lives and loves the joy they bring to hers. Outside the classroom, she enjoys playing softball, reading Harry Potter, and spending time with her two German Shepherds, Remy and Luna.
If her teaching style had a theme song, it would be “Don’t You Worry Child” by Swedish House Mafia, and if she could swap places with any fictional teacher, she’d be Madam Hooch—flying lessons at Hogwarts, anyone? 🧹✨
Her advice to our Awesome DOGS: “Always be yourself and ask for help when you need it!” 💬
Welcome to the pack, Mrs. James! 🐾❤️
