Important Information Regarding Seniors’ Final Week & Graduation
This week (May 18–22), seniors are required to attend school on Monday thru Wedensday for senior exams/projects and attendance purposes.
On Thursday, seniors without exam makeups or need to complete other assignments, do not need to report to school.
The Senior Picnic will be held Thursday, May 21, at The Exchange. A completed waiver was required prior to attending.
Seniors must turn in all school-issued devices and library books as they complete exams. Failure to do so may result in a student being unable to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Graduation Day Schedule:
• Rotary Breakfast for Seniors: 7:45–8:15 AM
• Awards Assembly: 8:15–9:45 AM
• Clap-Out: Immediately following the Awards Assembly
• Graduation Practice: Approximately 10:00 AM (attendance is required in order to participate in graduation)
• Seniors Arrive at Athletic Entrance: 5:00–5:30 PM
• Commencement Ceremony: 6:00 PM

On Tuesday, we celebrated two students at the Miami County ESC Excellence in Education dinner, Ella Smith and Peyton Henderson! They each chose their most influential teacher, Mr. Slonkosky and Mrs. Sherwood, to be honored!

Invoices for unpaid fees have been mailed home. Fees may also be viewed through PowerSchool/PaySchools. Please note that unpaid fees may result in a student not being permitted to participate in commencement ceremonies in accordance with the Handbook Agreement.

April 29th
-Freshman/Sophomores and select students report at the normal time for Algebra and Geometry Tests Part I.
-Non-tested students will operate on a two-hour delay.
April 30th
-Freshman/Sophomores and select students report at the normal time for Algebra and Geometry Tests Part II.
-Non-tested students will operate on a two-hour delay.
All MVCTC students should report at their regular time. ACES and CLC students will receive separate communication regarding their testing schedules.
