The following message is intended for parents/guardians of ALL Milton-Union High School students:
This Wednesday, April 13th, 2022, all 11th grade students, including MVCTC students, will take the SAT at Milton-Union High School. Students need to arrive promptly by 7:40am. Students need to bring a calculator and number 2 pencils. Students may choose to bring snacks/water. No electronic devices (cell phones, computers, smart watches, etc.) will be permitted in the testing rooms. 11th grade students will be dismissed after testing concludes at approximately 1:00pm.
All 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will participate in a virtual learning day. The expectation is that every 9th, 10th, and 12th grade student log onto TEAMs and complete assigned class activities prior to returning on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The assignments provided by teachers will count toward your child's attendance for the day. If your child is ill or otherwise unable to participate in the activities, please call them in as you normally would.

The Milton-Union High School Destination Imagination Team received first place in their challenge at the Regional competition and qualified to compete at State.

The following message is from Milton-Union High School and applies to parents/guardians of ALL students: Next Wednesday, April 13, 2022, all 11th grade students, including those at CTC, will take the SAT at Milton-Union as required by the State of Ohio. While 11th grade students, including CTC, are testing, 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students will engage in remote learning. Because of the length of the SAT, the number of students participating, and the number of staff required to proctor the test, the high school cannot operate on a regular schedule. The expectation is that every 9th, 10th, and 12th grade student log onto TEAMs and complete assigned class activities prior to returning on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The assignments provided by teachers will count toward your child's attendance for the day. If your child is ill or otherwise unable to participate in the activities, please call them in as you normally would. 11th grade students are to report to the high school promptly at 7:40am and will be released around 1:00pm. Students are encouraged to bring water bottles and snacks. Students may not bring cell phones, computers, or smart watches into the testing room. Please encourage your child to get a restful night of sleep prior to and a good breakfast on the morning of the SAT. Please call the high school office at 937-884-7940 with any questions. Thank you!

There are several local scholarships available to seniors going to 2-year, 4-year and technical programs. These are a great source of FREE money, however, we’ve had less students apply for these this year. Talk to your senior and make sure they complete applications by this Thursday (3/24) to be considered.

Interact Club sponsored the dance marathon tonight and raised $2,450 for Dayton Children's Hospital!
Congratulations to the students who participated in the BPA state leadership conference in Columbus and to the five students moving onto the national conference in Dallas.
Interact Club is hosting a Dance Marathon to benefit Dayton Children's Hospital next Friday, March 11th from 6-10pm. Snacks, beverages, and raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
Interact will be raffling gift baskets and gift cards donated by local businesses. Interact will also be raffling off a 50inch LG 4KTV at the end of the Marathon donated by the West Milton Rotarians. The ticket to the event automatically enters student into the TV raffle.
Please help The Interact Club reach its fundraising goal benefitting Dayton Children's while building community and having fun. We're standing for those that can't stand for themselves.
Deadline to buy tickets for the event is Tuesday March 8th. Tickets are $15.00, and can be purchased at school, checks are payable to Milton-Union High School or Mr. Deeter will be collecting at school. Ticket price includes a t-shirt for the event, a swag bag, and entry into TV raffle.
