Parents of Seniors:
There are several local scholarships available to seniors going to 2-year, 4-year and technical programs. These are a great source of FREE money, however, we’ve had less students apply for these this year. Talk to your senior and make sure they complete applications by this Thursday (3/24) to be considered.
Applications and directions can be found on the senior portal here: https://www.muschools.com/o/high-school/page/senior-portal
Please reach out to the MU Counseling Department with any questions.
Good Afternoon,
This is just a reminder to all seniors that local scholarship applications are due Thursday, March 25, 2022.
Applications can be located in the guidance office or on the website under the senior portal.
Thanks!

Bulldogs vs. Bellbrook in round two of the OHSAA basketball tournament!
Good Morning,
Milton-Union High School is conducting the 5Essentials Survey regarding indicators that affect and predict school success. All students in grades 9-12 will have access to the survey during a designated period. Students are familiar with the format as this same survey was given last January. I also met with students in grades 9-12 in September of 2021 to review the results and gather direct feedback.
There is a parent component to the 5Essentials Survey. I have included the link below. Although the survey indicates asks for parent email, it is not necessary. The only required component is to choose a school. Please indicate Milton-Union High School when prompted. If you have students at the elementary or middle school, you may also complete a separate survey for those buildings. You will need to indicate Milton-Union Elementary School or Milton-Union Middle School when prompted.

Good Afternoon,
This message is intended for parents/caregivers of MUHS students:
MUHS is in the process of developing a Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) to gain insight from a parent/family perspective. The intended purpose to is bring parents, educators, and administrators together to discuss current and future school initiatives and programs. Our hope is that PAC members are committed to sharing information and resources collaboratively that promote educational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for parents and caregivers to get involved at the high school level!
If you are interested or if you would like additional information, please contact Mrs. Mumau at mumauj@muschools.com.
