November is Attendance Awareness Month at Milton-Union Middle School. As we are about to start a new month, let's help Milton-Union students build a habit of good attendance early and often.
Addressing chronic absence is a key component of improving academic achievement and giving our middle school students a good chance for success in their adult life.
Chronic absence affects all kids, not just the absent ones.
Each week in November we will run a weekly absence report. Each student that attends school for the entire week (no absences) will receive a raffle ticket that will be entered into a weekly drawing. If your ticket is drawn, you will receive a weekly prize from the Middle School Office during the month of November!

MUMS 8th Grade Families:
If you plan on attending the Washington D.C., trip please see the attached document with details on the upcoming trip and payment deadlines. Thank you and if you have any questions, please contact Mr. Moore.

(MUMS) This is the last week of the 1st Quarter, now is a great time to review your student's academic progress through PowerSchool or communicate with teachers. This is a great way to identify if your student has any missing assignments and/or any make-up work that needs completed. Academic success in the first quarter builds positive momentum for the rest of the school year.

Bulldog Nation:
Attached is the Bulldog Bulletin for the week of October 21-26, 2024. We hope you enjoy your four-day week of school (no students on Friday) and Go Dogs!
